- Get on I-72 E/MO-110/US-36 E in Miller Township from Harrison Hill Rd/Mark Twain Ave
- Head northeast on Broadway toward N 4th St
- Turn left at the 2nd cross street onto N 3rd St
- N 3rd St turns slightly left and becomes Harrison Hill Rd/Mark Twain Ave
- Turn right onto the MO-110 E/I-72/US-36 E ramp to Springfield Il
- Take I-172 N to Columbus Rd/County Rd 1403 N in Ellington Township. Take exit 15 from I-172 N
- Merge onto I-72 E/MO-110/US-36 E
- Use the left lane to take exit 4 to merge onto I-172 N toward Quincy
- Take exit 15 toward Columbus Rd/County Rd 1403 N
- Take Wismann Ln to N 30th St in Quincy
- Turn left onto Columbus Rd/County Rd 1403 N (signs for Quincy/Wismann Ln)
